Maybe, we the people of Illinois need to take back our state from the Mayor of Chicago and his pack. How much of our tax dollars go to Chicago? Why can't enterprise activities, that being Soldier Field with the Bears, Navy Pier with concessions, Parking, O'Hare Airport, Midway, and more be run so it makes money for the city and not just the cronies?
We are a great state, with fantastic farmland, excellent sportsman facilities, wonderful industry and a money sucker called Chicago.
Only problem is that if Chicago became its own state, the Feds would dump most of our funds directly into the city.
