Get out your contract that you signed 10 years ago and look for any loop holes or "out clauses". If you cannot find any, tell them that if they want to change their end of the contract, you too would like to change yours. As cell phone rates, cost of living, etc., have increased greatly over the past decade, maybe double the original amount would be in order? If they do not like it, they can come get their tower and put the property back like it was.
