It's a Page. It came with the cultivators, but I had to buy the 1 bottom plow separate because they thought it went on a different tractor. Would like to find the year. The Wisconsin engine has spark but no compression. the castings say PAGE, and Milwaukee,but I haven't found a serial number. New Tires on the front, and one new rim on the rear. It has a new spark plug, so I think the former owner expected to get it running for the auction. It will be winter before I get time to work on it but I plan to haul it to the local show on a trailer with my Power King
