Monday my Wildblue will be replaced by Hughes. I've had it about 3 1/2 years. If I could get them to respond to issues of slowing to a crawl in the evening and being very weather sensitive, I probably wouldn't be changing. Neighbor just got Hughes and it's working much better than my Wildblue. I suppose equipment changes are quite rapid. So maybe a new Wildblue installation today would be much better. Maybe being up here in the northeast corner of the country is problematic for many things !? I am just tired of all this long distance/anonymous/paperless/credit card way of doing business. A real person whom you can see and speak to face to face makes a great deal of difference for me.
