I used it and sheared the bolt in front of it when I turned the pto when I was at 2000 rpm. Got another bolt turned it on at 1000 rpm no problem. Bush hogged some low thinner weeds no problem. Got into some heavier orchard grass that had not been mowed since last summer, let my son going on it, broke the rear bolt behind the clutch. He said he had not hit anything, this is a clean field. The bolt was rust about 40% thru it at the break location which leads me to believe it was already fractured. No splines on the shaft of the gearbox, (40hp gearbox) My manual does not list clutch adjustment specs.
