OK so I have a 1948 Allis that I bought this spring that has started blowing smoke when itis throttled up. When I bought it the owner said the head had been redone but not the rings sinde they looked good. Also the head gasket has started to seep oil like the head was not re-torqued after it was warmed up. I can re-torque this no problem or take it off and look at the sleeves. The smoke is bluish but it does not smoke at an idle or when it is up to speed, would this be rings,carb, head, any ideas thanks
