Ok now that I have reread it all I can help more. Unhook the battery cable from the soliniod, make 100% sure it is OUT OF GEAR. put that cable on the starter stud. If it turns over then you have a bad soliniod if not then you have a problem with either the battery or a cable/connection. If it does not turn over use a set of jumper cable and try that again with another battery 6 or 12 volts. Hook right to the starter. If it still does not turn over you have a bad starter
