Case 444 Yard Tractor - are they a good unit ???

My son is looking at a Case 444 Yard Tractor. Overall, it seems in very good condition and is certainly a bigger unit than many of the other models of stuff he's checked out. It has a belly mower and a snowblower for the front. Anyone know anything about them, dependability, parts availablity, parts prices, etc. And, any idea for prices? I don't know how old this thing is but as I say, it looks pretty good.
