Rear tire seating

20-20 hindsight says it was probably a bad idea, but last fall I drained the CaCl from my rear tires. I let the tire site all winter off the tractor at about 5 PSI rotating them once in a while. Now, one of them has broken its bead in one three foot long spot and the edge of the tire is down in the rim and does not want to come out when I air up the tire to 25 PSI. The tires say Goodyear on the side and the lower portions of the letters 'ear' are below the edge of the rim. Any ideas on how to get it back to the proper place? thanks! -BTD
