In case you haven't noticed, speed lim,its hsave been increasing. It's now 70mph for cars on the Indiana turnpike and the last time I was in Michigan the Interstate posted limit was 75 and everyone was driving 80. My wife and I were driving up I-75 toward the UP on a Friday afternoon. The traffic was heavy but showing a steady 80 mph on the GPS. Accurate to 1/10 mph steady state. Made me a little nervous for a while because I was stuck behind a guy who was pulling a twelve foot boat on a trailer that had what looked to be 6" diameter tires on it. The rpm of those wheels must have been up around 100k. Michigan State Police sitting beside the road watching the traffic go by. Montana is another story altogether. Personally, I like it a lot better than trying to drive 55mph which was totally ridiculous.
