Why not jack up the hub with the missing/broken studs and take one of the remaning studs for a measurement? You need to take the wheel off to inspect the holes and I would replace ALL studs and you might need a new rim. Also inspect the hub for damaged threads. If everything is in good shape than recenter rim on hub and tighten nuts evenly so as not to bend rim. Lastly spin wheel to be sure tire runs straight and true before removing jack stand and jack.
