Here's how I loaded a dead Ford 2000 once. I pulled the dead tractor up the hill with my little 12.5 HP Kubota and parked it in the driveway headed downhill. I then positioned the trailer in front of (downhill of) the dead tractor and got the ramps lined up. Then I coasted the dead Ford onto the trailer. Don't try this if the brakes don't work on the dead tractor.
