Sorry for your loss. I lost about 125 bales last year. The hay was already baled when the rain started. It lasted off and on for 10 days. I finally picked up the bales and threw them into a ravine on the back of my farm.
At the end of the winter, I had to buy 250 bales of hay to finish winter feeding. I paid $4.00 per bale for what I bought.
