Well Wayne when my shop was open it was what ever the customer wanted . If he wanted to buy the parts and oil then that was fine with me and like you said you suppled the services to use his parts and oil . If the parts failed then he was the one that had to take up the issue with the parts supplier . There are times that i take the wife Durango over to the Dodge dealer and hand them the filter and the oil and they hand me a bill for 15 bucks to change it . The first time we had a little issue over it and i told them that this was our Durango and i was the one that made the choic on what oil went into it and that there BULK OIL was not to MY STANDARDS not theres as i was the one making the payments on it .
