I don't mean this badly but again as a one time dealer it's like doing surgery over the telephone.There are too many details left out for the good folks on here to help out not me of course but some reefer guys on here can help.Refergeration is all about air movement like the condensor coil in front of the radiator and an unblocked cab filter for the evaporator and a good working cab fan especially in the ac mode. After all that is checked then it is time for pressure gauge readings for mainly low and high side pressure readings. Because your pump is running only means you have enough freon to satisfy the low pressure cutout but maybe not enough to do the job.
