Just the bearings were replaced, and I did drop the pan again and oiled the surfaces real well. The motor turns well without plugs in. I changed the battery cables to size 1 and it is better. I took the started off and the bearings are non-existent so I will clean the started and check stator and brushes. Other than that I am ready to get it going my way. Mike
