Not really so bad-they charged you for 1/2 hour labor to drain and dispose of your oil, dispose of your old air, oil, and fuel filters in an EPA approved manner, change an air filter, oil filter, and a fuel filter, and supply labor and materials to grease what needed it. They also made 10 to 15 bucks profit on the air filter and the oil. I sure can't see how they could do much better and stay in business. The time it took could have been quicker, but at least they only charged actual labor time. Might want to rethink where you bought your filters.
