We paid 2600 for one a couple of years ago, has a Woods 59 belly mower. Probably paid too much, but we had been looking for a while, and a friend found it for us in S. MN, and delivered it. Rubber is usable, and it runs real nice, don't think it's ever done anything but mow the lawn, hole in drawbar is still round! new seat and real nice fenders, which I understand are valuable, we are happy with it.
