Absolutly should get a bill for the rescue as should anyone who engages in risky behavior. I admire the girls courage skill and pluck for what she is doing,but no taxpayer from any country should bear the cost for anything like this. If you want to climb mountains explore volcanos caves fly or sail the world you should have to post bond or buy insurance sufficent to pay the cost of rescue if needed.
