This has always seemed asinine to me. We supposedly elect the best of the best to represent us and look what we have. Common sense has gone out the window in the name of big government. I still say this oil fiasco is just a little to convenient for the upcoming cap and trade deal. The gov would love to get control of the oil companies. If you watch what is happening it is one fiasco after another and blaming it on someone else. I keep thinking something will happen right once in a while but it keeps getting worse.
