A big aggrivation I've run into is a nationwide industrial supplier that has 2 local stores. On occasions when they have something in stock they STILL add shipping! I've started just ordering online; a good percentage of the time the local store don't have what I need so It ends up being cheaper delivered to my door than paying shipping & often having to make 2 trips over there (one to order; one to pick up).
