Raised on a small farm (120 acres) in Michigan, joined the Navy to learn advanced electronics when I was 18 (If I was going to 'Nam, I was gonna do it on a BIG ol' steel ship, not out in the paddies!) and never looked back. Now retired from the Navy, work part time as a computer consultant and have a little hobby farm/sheep ranch and mess with old farm equipment.
