Was reading the Iowa State magazine yesterday. Article headline hit me "Iowa 4-H Camp Celebrating 60 year Anniversery". HOLY COW! I was a State 4-H officer at that time. State leader loaded the state officers in a car at the state fair and drove us to Boone. We stopped at a weedy corner gate and he announced "This is the site of the new state 4-H camp. I traveled through out NE Iowa meeting with county groups promoting the camp. That really makes you feel old. gitrib
