Is the rest of the machine running? The hood, both nose cones and grill are pretty much 830 items. I wouldn"t pay more than parts donor price for another 80/820/830/840. Electric start or starting engine? The scraper is often separated and jerry rigged to work behind a newer tractor. What is the serial number? I bought an 840 for parts and ran the serial number for fun before tearing it apart. Turns out it"s a factory prototype with a long and extensive history.
