Ever hear of a Renault N70?

No response on the Orphans and Oddballs board so I'm trying this one. I came across what I would guess was a Renault tractor, model N70 in my travels around northern NH. It appears to have an air-cooled 3 cylinder engine. Looks like it hasn't run for a while. Owner wasn't around so I couldn't talk to him about it. Any of you folks know anything about it?
