What gets into people's heads???
Americans have a real bad rep here as far as pets go. Majority of pets in animal shelters withing 60 miles of an American community are abandoned by soldiers (and some civilians). Because of this, it is almost impossible for an American to buy a pet here unless it comes out of the trunk of a car in a border rest area. Wife and I decided that we wouldn't be that way with the dogs and cats we raise and just play it by ear. Anyway, sold most of the last litter of puppies to soldier families.
Now two weeks later, 1 ended up at a shelter, we got one back because it was abondoned on the back side of post (chip traced to us), and one is for sale in the paper. 11 week old puppies. How were these folks raised???
