you can buy or build a "bat-house" and nail it on the south side of a building you want them to move too. I paint buildings and several times the customer has had me fasten a bat house on the south side of their barn. I don't know why but the bats seem to move from the house to their own bat house. You can "google" bat houses on your computer and find free plans that show how they are made. It may take a while before they find it but eventually they will move.
