No, but thanks for the info. I told him I didn't have time to do it, have to be gone this weekend doing new porch steps for a widow lady and her daughter in Jackson and have to do some work at my mom's house after that.
Don't have the wrench for the fan either. Someone said it's a 36mm or some such? I don't have a Cummins myself and would rarely, if ever, use it again. I can't afford to buy tools that I won't be using on a regular basis.
Additionally, he probably wants me to do it for nothing. Now, sometimes I'm not opposed to that. But when I know he has the money and just doesn't want to spend it? Not so much.
He hasn't taken it to a shop yet either. I'm thinking he'll wait a while and ask again. If he agrees to at least buy the fan wrench I'll probably do it just for the experience.
