JD should have the parts...visit a dealer or look them up on line. If it"s a slip clutch you may be able to match the discs with generic parts. Try a brake/clutch lining place. I assume you mean flail mower, but the flails I have seen have a horizontal shaft with blades, usually on chains, side arm or rear mounted....never seen a 20 footer though. Do you mean a batwing type mower? Chris
