Everthing but the tires have been gone through: bearings all new wood through out including wood bearings, chain guides, reel boards. New rubber rasp bars, shelling plate, concave rubber. All new belts. New wood bearings on the scour clean. New seals on gear box. New paint and decals. SO yes it has been throughly gone through. I know the correct police say that automotive tires are a sin, but it will be used to farm a little. Using this old equiptment is more important to me. Thanks to those who gave helpful advice on a close tire size. That is what I was looking for. I appreciate the good help.
