I am pretty sure that the scrambled numbers are always scrambled the same way. So id you see 'Hq****f' it means a paricular bidder and every time he bids it will be the same way. I ran into this a lot when I was looking at Drywall hoists. Took forever get one at the price I was willing to pay. You would see the same scrambled people bidding on the same things. I was suspicious, but I think that they were legitimate, because once they got one, they didn't bid any more.
