CALL HIS MOTHER> My brother once sold a car to someone he worked with. The guys payment did not clear, so my brother allowed the guy to make payments. After a few payments the guy left the job and proceded to ignore my brother. Not liking the legal system, the course of action my brother took was to find out the phone number of the guys mother. He periodically called this guys mother and asked her if her son was going to pay him back. Eventually he got all his money. Try whitepages.com and look for people in his zipcode with the same last name. Procede to call all of them and tell them about the bad cheque.
