Thanks to all the responses to bad cheque. Firstly I have had this cheque super enlarged to 2 foot x 3 foot and will be hanging it on my bus at all the shows I attend until the cheque is made good by the original writer. I have now started action in small claims court here in Ontario to get judgement against him. I am now starting to advertise his name around Michigan, Ohio and Indianna to make other restorers and suppliers aware he writes bad paper. I have had offers to steal his tractors at a show and remove what hasn't been paid for, but I refuse to stoop that low. This situation has coused me much greif as I now refuse to send andythintg state side until money is in hand. I have one man in Virginia who is really ticked at me for not sending out his Cockshutt decals on a credit basis. Its a good thing that everyone is not crooked like this man.
