Don't know what part of Va. You live in,if near Lynchburg,try New London Tractor for new rims ph.540-525-1211. Southern part try Fitzs Salvage,20 miles West of Danville at Cascade,can't find number, but if you are interested post back and I will try to locate.
I like Sammys suggestion,if you do not find good, used ones cheap,[not much chance in my area],try Miller.Extra cost of new ones and shipping will be offset by not having to sand,blast, prime,paint,straighten,cuss,etc.
