I don`t know if I`m the only one in the world to be had by Charlie,(chastractor) I ordered a water pump & two fenders from him for a Oliver 70. My check cleared the bank on March 22. He sent a water pump that leaked worse than my old one and I haven`t rec. the fenders.Wont respond to email or send a refund. I`m out $345.00. My suggestion to anyone that orders from him is to get a good grip on your shorts before he gets you to.
