I have a 49 8N which does similar work to what you
described. It does fine for plowing, tilling, and
with a box blade should take care of your road.
Mine has a front end loader which is good for moving
loose dirt, trash, weeds, etc. 9Ns, 8Ns are on the
low end of the horsepower range, but do fine for
what they are designed to do.
