I have a 16 row 7000 and had three rows doing the same thing. Look carefully at the unit from the seed disk bracket part to the closing wheel part. Mine was tweeked. Could barely see it but each one had a buckel in it. All I did was put a chain on the very end of the closing wheel bracket just above them and hooked the other end to the truck. Put just enough tension on it to get the chain tight... helps to have another man here. Then stand on the chain until you get it just past centered. Back off tension and check alignment again. Repeat as desired.
