in this case, the real "sheeple" are those who, like crows, fly off in a paranoid panic over nothing every time the scarecrow flaps in the breeze...
A lot of the use for census data are things like utilities planning, road layouts, zoning, etc...
If anyone in the government really wanted to target any specific person, there are a TON of more direct & damaging ways of doing it than "spying on them" through census questions...
