Agree with Paul- all you're adding is weight. Not a bad thing necessarily, but easier to achieve with cast iron. Duals help to reduce compaction in loose soil- not what you generally have in Spring plowing. If it's slippery enough to gain traction from the dual, you'd better not be out there this time of year...
