We pulled the pump/motor this morning and the good news is, it's wet along with about 15 feet of the pipe above it. It's a 3/4 hp Water Ace. When I turn it on, it makes very little torque and makes a "dllll" sound that I don't remember before. Sorry about the sound description; don't know how else to spell it....I'm thinking a bearing. Also, when it was being pulled up, the check valve in the pipe first sent out some air, and then spit out some water. Is this normal? Of course it's Sunday, so I can't take it in until tomorrow to be checked. Any input is welcome. Thanks, Chuck
