$500 doesn't sound too bad. Looks like 6000lb axles. Now you have to figure up what it'll cost to fix it up to you're standards.
I just bought an older 96"X18' shop built gooseneck.
Had to completely re-wire with two 2-1/2" sealed LED marker lights in each corner and two oval LED tails in back. Along with the grommets and pigtails for the lights the price tag for the lighting was $240 not including the wire, loom, and connectors, which I already had.
Another $200 went into new deck boards. I do tend to go a little overboard with my projects, but that's a good round figure to go by if you do want to freshen it up a bit. Jim
