Ya the V.A. does like to loose paper work and it is real funny when they seem to do so when you had just been to the doctor the week before but they still can not find what was done on that day. My brother has an appointment for the 18th of this month but it was first made for him in Oct. and was canceled Then made one in Dec and that to went out the window and then one for Jan and that was also out the window. I have also had the same problem and still waiting for a new appointment that was canceled in Oct
