Tough to diagnose based on that alone, but here are my thoughts...
Best case- something has modified your browser and it needs to be removed
Worst case- you have a rootkit, which will foil any attempts at running antivirus and will require a re-install of your entire operating system.
If you haven"t done it already, I"d try installing Microsoft Security Essentials. It"s free if you have a legal copy of Windows. If that doesn"t help, installing a quality anti-virus from a CD (Norton, Symantec, etc) if you haven"t already tried it. After that, you may have some serious repair work needed on the drive.
