This is BS. I hire hispanic labor not becuase they are cheap, I start them at $10.00 and hour, but becuase of their work ethic. They are the hardest working, non-complaining, punctual people I have ever met. If you can find me, becuase I have tried to for years, one of these young punks that will carry a backpack sprayer all day in the heat, it would be a miracle.
