Lift capacity

I am needing to know the lift capacity of the 8N ford. I purchased a 6ft Kingcutter box blade last week. When I lift it the hydraulics seem to make a fluttering noise until it is up all the way. Is this a sign of too much weight or just groans from an old tractor. The blade weighs approx 500lbs. Thanks in advance.
