In my area an illegal alien ran over an off duty cop who was on a motorcycle, the illegal ran from the scene of the accident and a good samaritan ran after this Mexican and tackled him and kicked the $hit out of him too, that Mexican was charged by the judge with a variety of crimes. (If I was the judge I would have had him thrown off a cliff)
