Front page story in the Farm Bureau paper that came today. The EPA has ruled that since milk has a certain amount of animal fat in it,it is an oil to be regulated under the clean water act. Any farmer with an onfarm storage of more than 1320 gallons total of oil storage has to have a containment plan. That includes a combination of all oils,milk included in the mix. So if you have less that 1320 gallons of fuel storage and thought you were exempt,guess again. You have to include milk storage too. Thanks voters! That's change we can count on!
