That's pretty much my FB status right now. We bought an outdoor wood boiler in '04 to replace the old unit, but the house came down instead - haven't rebuilt yet. Boiler is 100% unused, and my asking price is still a grand less than anything on the market. I'm getting emails from goofs asking "What's your lowest price paid with cash" Maybe I should re-list it $800 more, and then barter down to what I want.
