Flat Belt Pulley ?

I have a flat belt pulley that I would like to know what it fits. I can not find a manufacture's name on it but it does have this number cast into it. 12837 It is 13 11/16" in diameter and 9" wide. It has six 1/2" bolt holes in a 5" circle. There are six 2" holes around the edge of the mounting plate. The back of the mounting plate is set back 6 5/8" from the front edge.
