I kinda agree with paul, the highest bidder, I usualy set a price and let the other person bid , when he stops if its below my price I'll jump in and start bidding I figure he had his chance to keep bidding It's not fair to the seller to do otherwise. If I was the seller and knew something other wise happened I'd be p##### at both of them. ya sure

For several years I had been driving by a farm house on the west side of Indianapolis that had a John Deere combine parked in high weeds in a lot behind the house. The gentleman no longer farmed because the entire area was developed with housing and light industry. I had stopped several times and knocked on the door but no one would answer.
